If you require any photography or writing services then please call 087 9839425, or use the contact form below.
If you have need of feedback or suggestions on anything you are trying to write for your website, training manual, or college paper, then I can help. I have a degree in English and have been on a lifelong mission to string words together in a way that makes one forget they are reading 🙂
Otherwise, if you have a really awesome site I may be interested in guest blogging.
Wedding photography is an art form in itself and one where there is only one chance to get it right, this is why, to get the best results, it is essential to use top dollar state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
According to a recent survey of what people regret most about their weddings, the number one on the list is that they didn’t spend enough on the photographer. For this reason, I consider wedding photography to be a two man job and any quote I give for this will be a little bit more than a lot of the bargain basement photographers you will no doubt be able to find elsewhere.
Each photographer will have a key area of focus for the day which will be:
- Posed Shots: This is self explanatory and includes all group shots, shots outside the church, bridesmaids, groomsmen etc. To do this with flawless composition, posing techniques and lighting is a skill which takes many years to master and it is an area which can be greatly helped by having a second person assisting. It’s heartbreaking to see how many perfectly good wedding photos were spoiled when they could have easily been saved with the assistance of a second photographer to diffuse harsh light.
- Natural Shots: This basically includes everything that isn’t posed and involves capturing your wedding day spontaneously as it happens. This is where I, personally, shine my brightest, as you may have noticed if you’ve been following the journey :-). However, I must add – the equipment I will be using for this will be much more specialised than what I use when photographing endurance events – and so if you love my event photos, you’re sure to get extraordinarily excited when you see my in-the-moment wedding photos :-).
For event photos, like marathons or triathlons, my fee varies depending on the size of the event and how far I have to travel to get to it.
If you are a pub or event, then an area you can’t ignore is the social media aspect. I can take great photos that capture the atmosphere of your venue that you can use to boost your public profile.
This covers anything from once off family occasions to kid’s parties.
