11th September

  • Wrap with liver, potato, & olive oil
  • 4 slices of Polish bread, 2 sausages, 3 medallions of bacon

4 slices of toast with mashed avocado, olive oil, scrambled eggs, and mushrooms – delicious!

  1. Wrap 1: tuna, spinach, beeetroot, lemon juice, half an avocado
  2. Wrap 2: tuna, spinach, beeetroot, lemon juice, tahini, red pepper

6th September

4th September

  • Drinks: 2 coffees – only had one coffee the day before and felt a bit slow witted so decided maybe cutting down gradually would be better

Lunch

  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Plums
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Bowls of Lentils

Snacks

  • 2 Squares of Chocolate
  • 1 Ham Sandwich with olive oil and mustard

Dinner

Chicken with stuffing, broccoli, and a spud drizzled with olive oil

Drinks

  • Slipped up today and ended up guzzling about 6 strong coffees. Not good.
  • Evian water and Dunnes water – 2ltrs total.

3rd September

Breakfast

  • Porridge with blueberries
  • Supplements: 1 Kelp, 1 Magnesium, 1 zinc
  • Drinks: 1 Coffee

Note to self: I might have to consider cutting back on the zinc – libido seems to be going a bit nuts and I have no woman 😬 there again, relief from libido issues is only ever brief anyway and at least on manual drive there are no maintenance costs. I’m totally going to regret saying this publicly. Eeek.

Need to eliminate coffee entirely. It has a massively negative impact on my stamina and muscle flexibility.

Post Run Lunch

  • 2 Oranges
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 Carrots – raw and dipped in tahini
  • Tuna sandwich in Polish bread, drizzled with olive oil. Yum, yum!

Dinner

2 bowls of lentil soup made with onions, carrots, sweet potatoe, & peppers.

Snacks

1 corn cake slathered in tahini.

Drinks

  • 4 ltrs of Evian
  • 1 Coffee
  • 2 Cups of ginger tea
